On March 28th, South Korea’s house cleaning, move-in, move-out cleaning service startup Miso announced that it has surpassed $897K in monthly turnover, 19 months after its inception.
Since its establishment in August 2015, Miso recorded monthly revenue of nearly $90K within a mere 5 months, and 100,000 orders in 2016.
Behind Miso’s growth are user-friendly reservation system along with 4,000 dedicated employees managing cleaners’ service quality through big data technology. Miso’s web and mobile friendly platform allows users to reserve the service within 30 seconds, and offers a high satisfaction rate through systematic customer review analysis.
CEO of Miso, Victor Ching noted that the company was able to achieve $897K monthly turnover through Miso’s customers and the cleaners who provided high-quality service. He added that Miso will continuously strive to offer convenient and trustworthy service to the users, and provide more opportunities for the cleaners.
Also worth noting is Miso’s newly added service – move-out and move-in cleaning. It will further expand its service areas to air conditioner and laundry machine cleaning service. Miso currently operates in Seoul, Kyonggi, and Incheon.
