On June 2nd, Tech In Asia, the Singaporean tech outlet, will be hosting the City Chapters Seoul event on the theme of “Strategy for Start-up Growth in Korea” at Yeoksam-dong D.CAMP. As part of its social contribution to the start-up community, Tech In Asia is hosting start-up entrepreneurship meetings with City Chapters throughout Asia, including in Singapore, Hong Kong,and Thailand.
At the Seoul event, Joonhwan Oh, co-founder of Mango Plate, and Seungjoon Oh, Head of SK Holdings, will discuss strategies for successful start-ups in the Korean market, and the moderator will be Nason Millard of G3 Partners. Prior to the public panel discussion, 5-minute speed dating activities between start-ups and investors will take place from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. In addition beginning May 26th, Tech In Asia will be hosting office hours for start-ups of all stages, and selected start-ups will be given the chance to meet with Israel-based Yozuma Accelerator through a 25-minute Skype meeting.
