Application Open For Startup Campus Food & Tech Lab


Startup incubator Startup Campus (Dean: Beomsoo Kim, CEO: Injeong Hur) is hosting Food & Tech Lab for youths interested in the food business industry.

Startup Campus helps young individuals find their own career paths instead of following the constantly changing career trend. Under the slogan “No one is teaching yet everyone is learning,” they offer various experience-based education projects for free.

Food & Tech Lab is a part of their “Signature Course,” a 16-week semester process. During this process, students will be asked to collaborate with other students to come up with solutions for problems in the food business industry. The program targets youths interested in Menu R&D (food, beverage, baby food and food for elders), Food Business System (O2O, distribution of ingredients, inventory management and platform), Branding and Marketing (online marketing and content marketing) or sustainable food business startup based on previous work experience.

Those who complete the program will receive an opportunity to co-manage F&B stores inside Startup Campus for six months, enter Startup Campus Incubation Center, and pitch their business ideas to investors during demo day.

Startup Campus is hosting three offline information session about its 3rd Signature Course and Food & Tech Lab. The information session will take at following places: July 3rd 2 PM at Seongsu Cow & Dog, 7pm at Jongro Micro Impact and July 6th 2pm at Pangyo Startup Campus.
