On July 6th, Jeju Province will be holding its 2017 Jeju Business Promotion Seminar at the Gvalley Convention in Guro-gu, Seoul. Succeeding the Pangyo Techno Valley Summit held in April, this corporate marketing seminar will introduce Jeju’s investment environment, business support system, and development of the second Industrial Area in Jeju City.

Joint organizers Jeju Province, Jeju Free International City Development Center (JDC) and Jeju Techno Park (JTP) will be providing 1:1 consultations for companies interested in transferring to Jeju. Additionally, P&I System will be presenting on their experience after having relocated headquarters to Jeju in 2011.

Through subsidies in facility investments and rent, Jeju Province plans to actively support relocations of ICT companies, in addition to their affiliated research institutes and companies, to Jeju’s former Moneual Building. Seung Chan Lee, Director of the Tourism Bureau of the Jeju Province, expressed, “We will attract promising Information Technology and Business Technology  companies in an effort to create more jobs and sustain the growth of the Jeju’s economy.”
