Miso, Inc., a O2O home cleaning startup, released infographics highlighting its 2-year milestone.
According to the infographics, since its launch in August 2015, Miso completed 280,000 services and reached KRW 14 billion in total revenue.
Miso notes that the “growth we’ve experienced signifies the changing lifestyle of Koreans.” Long gone are the days when housekeeping services required annual fees and reservations on the phone. Miso is essentially a “lifestyle remote control,” where you can find and reserve house cleaning, moving day cleaning, mattress cleaning and air conditioner/washer/dryer cleaning services through a smartphone.
Miso has shown continued growth since its launch 22 months ago. Revenue from July 2017 exceeded the company’s total first year revenue. With this rate of growth, Miso quickly reached KRW 10 billion in cumulative transactions and doubled that in merely five months.
CEO Victor Ching comments: “I’m happy to announce Miso as the representative brand in O2O home cleaning. We will continue to enhance our quality assurance and technology development in order to provide affordable hotel-like cleaning services to everyone.”
Miso currently operates in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Incheon. Check out their services here and the full infographics below:
