Neospring Signs MoU with InfraBIZ

Neospring Infrabiz MOU

Crowdfunding platform Neospring (CEO: Seok-Pyo Kim) signed an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) with a leading accelerating company InfraBIZ (CEO: Jung-Ik Lee) on Aug. 30.

Since its establishment of the Angel Club in 2013, InfraBIZ has made remarkable progress in developing IR consulting and attracting investments in Gwang-ju, Korea. Last year, it gained a foothold in the business market as a rising Gwangju technopark accelerating startup company.

Along with InfraBIZ, Neospring also has made some major accomplishments: Starting with the signing of MoU to provide financial support for domestic venture startups, it has become Korea’s first syndicate company to implement the concept of ‘Capital Supply Chain,’ raising investments to approximately 2 billion KRW (≈ 1.78 million USD) for promising startups. Recently, Neospring opened a crowdfunding sponsorship to help innovative startups connect with crowdfunding investors.

Based on the recently signed MoU, both Neospring and InfraBIZ plan to scout for  aspiring entrepreneurs and potential startup businesses by employing board members and professionals from government-funded businesses.
